Does Poop ship Destroyer count as self agrandizing b/c of the Poop tie in? I'm not sure about the last secdons of deconstruction at the end of the song... And are you using something special in your auto to play MP3's? You're not a slave to the iPod? Did you have a SONY BRAND WALKMAN MP3 player? I've heard that's agreat company....

Anyways, that's quite the impressive list of squirrel-chasers, and I'm wondering if there will be any streaking involved...LOL...Alas, I can't be there, nor would it seem right to be there, but I'm sure it's gonna be a great time...

Sorry to hear yr shitcanned, whichever Griff you be...I think alot of us are hanging on by threads right now - I know I feel like I am...I've got a job title that hasn't pertained to my actual duties since about 2000, and those are a bunch of duties that have been cobbled together over the years that could just as easily be doled out to 3-4 others...

The only thing they'd miss is my witty banter in the breakroom and my understanding of the vagaries of international shipping/forms.

I've got a SONY brand CD deck in my automobile - the cheapest deck they sell, actually, because as far as electronics and musical equipment go, spending good $$$ on expensive gear is dumb all over (most of the time)...

The (important) specs on my $110 deck are exactly the same as the specs on their $200 deck, etc...

Anyways, my deck is like most modern decks - it plays MP3 CDs, has an input for iPods and other portable players, and also supports satellite radio...

I do not own an iPod or any other portable device, as I have no need for one...

I do have an old MiniDisc Recorder, but I only use that for remote/field recording purposes...

As for Poop Shit Destroyer - I wouldn't say it's "self-aggrandizing" so much as simply "self-referential"...I think it unravels the way it does because it's a song about destruction, and it's the last song on the Pure Guava album, so the deconstruction, as slight as it seems to me, is kinda appropriate...
